As Business Manager & Chief Compliance Officer, Marsha oversees compliance, operations, technology, and HR, keeping the regulatory and operational infrastructure running so advisors can focus on clients. When things are working right, clients never notice the work behind it, and that quiet reliability is exactly the point.

Marsha has been with Deerfield since 2011, bringing experience from controller and director of IT roles at two private companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Outside the office, Marsha lives in Westfield where they host an annual wiffle ball tournament and stay involved with their children and grandchildren. A devoted IU basketball fan, she often turns games into travel opportunities while working toward visiting every NFL stadium—an ambition that mirrors the thoroughness and good humor she brings to Deerfield every day.
