Our Team

As a Client Services Associate, Tracy supports clients and advisors with scheduling, records, and communication so clients always know where things stand. Her measure of a good interaction is simple: the client hangs up feeling like it’s handled, and they don’t need to worry anymore.

Tracy brings more than fifteen years of customer service and administrative experience to that work, including thirteen years in banking. She earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation after joining the firm.

Outside the office, Tracy spends time outdoors with their two children and their dog, with yard work, sports, and trips to the beach filling most of their free time—an investment in the people around her that defines her work at Deerfield.
