Meet Kelly, our dedicated Office Administrator at DFA. In this vital role, Kelly is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting guests with professionalism while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities, from answering phones and managing office equipment to coordinating calendars, events, and scheduling across the firm.

Kelly’s role extends beyond administration—she supports HR through payroll and onboarding, ensures compliance by managing audits, certifications, and reporting, and assists client services with billing, contracts, and record-keeping. Her organizational expertise and attention to detail help keep both our team and our clients running seamlessly.

An alumna of Western Governors University, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management along with a Certificate in Project Management. Before joining Deerfield, she built nearly eight years of experience in the real estate industry, advancing from executive assistant roles to co-founding and managing multiple businesses, including a successful title company.

Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys reading, creating art and DIY projects, tending to plants, exploring the outdoors, spending time with animals, listening to music, and traveling. Her broad skill set and enthusiasm for both work and life make her an invaluable part of the Deerfield team.
