As a Client Services Associate, Tracy collaborates closely with our team of experienced Wealth Managers, diligently working to empower clients to achieve their financial goals.
In her role, Tracy manages a range of responsibilities, including collecting client data, maintaining comprehensive records, facilitating account openings and closures, scheduling meetings, managing accounts, and ensuring consistent communication with clients regarding their day-to-day needs.
With over 15 years of prior experience in customer service and administrative roles, including a noteworthy 13-year tenure in the banking sector, Tracy brings a wealth of expertise to her current position. Her extensive background in the financial industry has provided her with a strong foundation for her career growth.
Demonstrating her commitment to professional development, Tracy achieved the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation upon joining Deerfield. This dedication underscores her commitment to providing clients with exceptional support and expertise.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Jim, and their two children, as well as spending time with their beloved canine companion. She finds solace and joy in tending to her yard, watching sports, and taking frequent trips to the beach whenever possible.
